Izek's First Swimming Lessons

Izek started his first swimming lessons on July 27th and he was more than ready. I remember throwing him into his first pool at around 3 months old and he LOVED it! He took right to it and was never afraid. He has been like that with everything - "our little daredevil" - I like to call him. He did really well except on the first day he jumped into the water twice without the teacher helping him and got into some trouble (lol). He learned quickly...(the "cold" way) that you miss out on being in the pool if you don't listen to the teacher. He figured it out very fast and was perfect from then on. It was so funny when he was taking a bath at night he would tell me he "needed to practice looking for rings under water and floating on his back". Even though the bath tub was not quite big enough he loved practicing! He finished his lesson last Friday (Aug. 7th) and we were very proud that he moved right on to the next level.
